Ania and Mike have spent the past several years building a life and a family that they love.
When they decided to make this thing “official”, this lucky chump (i.e. me) was only too thrilled to capture their beautiful spring wedding for the following reasons:
They’re super lovely people.
With Mike being Mexican American and Ania being Polish American , I knew there would be amazing wedding traditions to capture.
They have the cutest little girls you can imagine.
Um. Oh yeah. They’re freaking GORGEOUS.
Despite planning the entire thing in six weeks (!!!), everything went off without a hitch.
After their beautiful ceremony at Oak Park’s stunning St. Giles Catholic Church, their vintage Rolls Royce escorted us to Dominican University’s Friary to snap some wedding portraits. While the temps were mild across Chicagoland that day, the wind was BANANAS but boy oh boy, did that WERK for stunning Ania and her cathedral length veil!
Their wedding day was relaxed, elegant and chalk full o’ love and in case Ania ever decides to become a bridal model (which she absolutely should!) she’s got some killer pics for the portfolio already :-).
Congratulations, you beautiful people. Thank you so much for the honor of documenting such a wonderful day!
