Wedding days are all about the joining of two lives and I can’t think of a day that more beautifully blended the identities of two individuals more than Javid and Carrie’s amazing wedding.

These guys – like SO many others – found their wedding day plans in the crosshairs of the dreaded ‘ronavirus and had to change venues literally a week before the big day! But I tell you what – I would’ve had absolutely NO idea had they not been keeping me updated!

Their Ritz Carlton Hotel celebration in downtown Chicago involved not one, but two stunning ceremonies back to back. The first was a sweet exchanging of vows, rings and their first kiss as a married couple. Next up: an absolutely beautiful Persian ceremony (my very first!).

We then dashed to the rooftop of the Ritz which boasts incredible views of the Hancock, Sears and the lakeshore before taking to the streets as the sun set.
