brittaney & marcus - a floating world gallery wedding
“Non-stop side-splitting laughter”.
Those are the five words that Brittaney and Marcus used to describe their relationship when asked, and let me tell ya, a description so apt there never was!
These two are truly the embodiment of class: they’re kind, they’re incredible dressers (a skill I have yet to master so I have the utmost respect for those who do!), they’re super beautiful (I mean, obviously) and are so full of love for one another that the typical pre-ceremony nerves couldn’t touch ‘em. The beautiful Brittaney was incredibly cool, calm and brimming over with quiet grace before exchanging vows with her handsome groom.
And let’s talk about that DRESS. Classic and understated yet unique and exciting with a sheer layer of chiffon accentuated with pearls. She truly looked like a bridal goddess. And Marcus, never to be outdone, swapped his dapper suit after the ceremony for an ensemble that was, in a word, just so cool, man.
They made it official in front of their closest family and friends at the beautiful Floating World Gallery in Lincoln Park, Chicago on a blustery October evening. Golden candlelight, lush greenery, a donut wall topped off with an amazing dance party….this seriously was one to remember.
