Don’t be fooled by Lauren and David’s beautiful appearance and lovely demeanor: these kids are tough.
Lauren keeps the streets of Chicago safe professionally and David camps in the dead of winter with nothing more than a hammock. I’m serious!
Fun facts aside, I met this wonderful couple at Schaumburg’s Spring Valley Nature Center one gorgeous mid-summer evening just before sunset. The photography gods were clearly smiling down at us, because we were graced with the dreamiest, creamiest light and had an absolute blast exploring this gorgeous place together.
