Okay.

I normally wait until the full gallery is edited to publish a wedding blog but Morgan and Christian’s stunning black and white luxury winter wedding at Walden Chicago needs to be seen STAT!

A little background first…

Morgan and Christian are a match made in heaven. Both kind, funny, adventurous (and total babes), the moment they swiped right on each other’s Hinge profile they knew there was something there.

Fast forward a couple of years and this incredible duo pulled off a day that this Chicago wedding photographer and likely all of their family and friends will remember forever.

Let’s talk details:

Morgan’s gown was truly transcendent. While most brides opt for the traditional veil this girl had WINGS, people! She opted for the classic black and white pallet, with her bridesmaids all in sleek black gowns that were offset beautifully by white blooms and soft green foliage.

Their wedding reception truly glowed. Hundreds of flickering tapered candles amidst Thistle and Plume’s phenomenal floral creations, a champagne fountain, live band, pyrotechnics…I mean it when I say that this wasn’t just a party. This was an experience and I felt so honored to have my camera in hand to capture it all!

But the one thing that truly stood out from the crowd was the huge amounts of love Morgan and Christian have for each other. At the risk of sounding (super!) trite, it truly was the brightest thing in the room.
