megan & billy – a lake katherine engagement

Take me back to that gorgeous October day when Megan, Billy and I ran around Lake Katherine capturing not only this beautiful engaged-to-be-wed couple but also all of the glorious autumn colors.

When the lovely Megan first contacted me about shooting her engagement session she stressed that she would love to play up this beautiful time of year and, man oh man, did she select the perfect location to take advantage of the foliage. Lake Katherine was absolutely bursting with color and texture. Combine that with dreamy soft lighting and just about the nicest couple you can imagine and it’s safe to say that it was a dream session in this photographer’s book.

I am so excited for these two to start their life together as a married couple later this year! Congratulations you guys – thank you for allowing me to capture this special time in your lives :).
