This blog post is unforgivably tardy and for that I do apologize. I’ve deprived the world of the awesomeness that is Danielle and her lovely fiance, Steven for far too long and that, my friend, is all about to change!

From the moment I met Danielle for coffee to discuss her wedding plans and get to know her a bit, I felt like we had been pals for ages. She is such a warm, compassionate lady with these beautiful deep brown eyes that simultaneously draw you in and put you at ease.

She and Steven are truly the perfect match for one another.

Their engagement story is definitely among my faves: Danielle was planning a big surprise birthday party for then-boyfriend, Steven, and contacted their friends, instructing them to arrive at their apartment on a certain Saturday and surprise Steven when they arrived home after a romantic dinner on the town.

Well woudln’t you know that she had been planning his surprise birthday party on the very day that Steven was planning to propose and arrange an engagement surprise party at the same location. What are the odds?!

Helpful friends had to clue Steven in on Danielle’s original game plan and he played along, resulting in the surprise of her life. I love it!
